For interior designer Isern Serra, design is not a matter of ornamentation, but of subtraction. In a world saturated with visual stimuli and fleeting trends, his Barcelona-based studio has established itself as a benchmark for honest architecture, where empty space takes on meaning and light sculpts materials. It is precisely this creative and meticulous mindset that makes him the perfect reflection of our new Bridge MKII Canvas collection — a proposition that shares with the designer that pursuit of pure textures, timelessness and organic balance. His philosophy is rooted in the premise that beauty is a purely human necessity and that spaces hold the real power to transform the personalities of those who inhabit them.
Through projects that resist passing trends, Serra seeks to ensure that every element stands the test of time and adds value to the identity of the city, defending the idea that true luxury lies in silence and space. This vision comes through powerfully in his approach to collective spaces and urban gathering places in Barcelona, as reflected in two of his most significant recent projects: Circl and Jaç Hi-Fi Café — two propositions that, each in their own way, redefine the experience of pause and wellbeing.

On one hand, Circl emerges as a pioneering "third space" that completely reimagines the concept of urban self-care. Under Serra's direction, the space is conceived as a temple of calm that organically fuses a boutique mindful movement studio with a bar dedicated to the ritual and sensory experience of specialty matcha. Through fluid geometries defined by its iconic arched passageways, and an enveloping palette of green tones, the architectural design invites disconnection from the very first step — making the transition between physical practice and the stillness of a cup of matcha feel entirely natural, clean and minimal.

On the other hand, expanding that same search for identity into the public life of the street, Jaç Hi-Fi Café brings a distinct texture to the urban fabric of the city. This space pays tribute to specialty coffee culture and analogue high fidelity, fusing the warmth of wood with impeccable acoustics. Its shelves lined with jazz vinyl records, the imposing integrated speakers and the clean-lined furniture coexist in perfect aesthetic balance, turning the space into an extension of the street itself — where music and architecture invite you to stop time.
